“I’m a senior military officer in the Nigerian Army. Sometimes, the nature of my duty hinders me from attending services on Sundays. However, on those days, I ensure that I connect with the service online.
One of the prophecies I held on to as declared by Bishop Oyedepo is that, ‘You will get a strange call and you will get a job you did not apply for.’
Miraculously, in April 2015, I actually received a strange call from my Squad Commander while I was in Portharcourt. He told me that I was nominated to attend a training programme in the United States of America (USA). Meanwhile, I did not apply for it. He further instructed me to get my visa.
When I applied for the visa, the US embassy booked me for August 3rd, when the training would have ended.
On Sunday, July 5, 2015, I connected with the service online and the Bishop instructed us to bring our points of contact, for our businesses and careers, to church the following Sunday for the Settlement Banquet Service. So, I used my international passport as my point of contact.
To the glory of God, the next day, I received a call from Abuja telling me to bring my passport for the issuance of the visa. The training was successful and I received a medal from the US Air Force to attend any other programme. I give God all the glory!” —Dcn. Kehinde Gbadebo
